It is effective at overcoming specific problems such as headaches, back pain, muscular tensions, insomnia, etc., and to   relieve states of stress, depression, anxiety and tiredness.

Sotai is a form or sequence of gentle movements within the comfort zone of the recipient, which reteaches the body its natural balanced alignment.

Sessions last about 1 hour, and are received on a thin futon mattress placed on the floor with the patient fully dressed in comfortable clothing.
